Current responsibilities
Tyler Simms has 5 years of appraisal experience with MVS (now a JLL Company). While at MVS, Mr. Simms has appraised a wide variety of income producing properties throughout the New York City area, with a concentration on multifamily residential, cooperative buildings, unsold cooperative/condo units, and mixed-use assignments.
Assignments have included majority rent stabilized, market, affordable rental, and for-sale apartment buildings inclusive of new construction and substantial rehabilitation, and mixed-use properties incorporating retail, professional/medical office, and garage components. Mr. Simms also specializes in multifamily portfolio work.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Simms was previously employed by JPMorgan Chase.
Education
University of Delaware, Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Economics.
