Current Responsibilities

During her 12 years at JLL, Tracy has provided project and program management and account leadership for several complex accounts. She brings process improvement, critical thinking and forward-looking views to her clients.


Tracy has experience working with large, complex projects for demanding clients. She is currently managing the delivery of a television/radio studio build out. The broadcast space has a very complex acoustic design supported by 12 designers. Tracy led the effort of redesign to save the client over $5 million in build out costs. Recently, she also successfully completed a project for Microsoft at 555 California in San Francisco. This project was a high design project with an aggressive schedule and budget.

Tracy also has experience with Life Science clients and build-outs including wet labs, clean rooms and complex server rooms. While working with the Bank of America, Tracy was the Regional Manager of the Minor Renovations program. She managed a team of nine Project Managers and ten General Contractors responsible for 280 projects totaling over $78.3 million dollars.

Tracy is exceptional at developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff. Tracy's organizational skills and her ability to respond quickly to a problem have helped bring projects to completion on schedule and within budget.

Education and Affiliations

Tracy is a certified PMP. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional and very familiar with green building practices and principles.
