Executive Vice President
Based in Philadelphia, Tony Peterman is an Executive Vice President with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group specializing in hotel development and public-private partnership (P3) structuring. He assists clients with strategy and implementation management for hospitality and real estate assets, particularly those that affect overall destination planning.
With more than 24 years of consulting experience, Mr. Peterman’s knowledge is leveraged by clients so that they may achieve their goals. He continues to provided advisory services for many projects across the U.S. Throughout his career he has worked in over 100 communities, ranging from major gateway cities to smaller, hometown America.
For more than 18 years, Mr. Peterman was cofounder and Senior Partner with the Strategic Advisory Group, who JLL acquired in early 2016. Prior to his time with Strategic Advisory Group, he was a Manager for Ernst & Young’s Hospitality and Real Estate Consulting Group. Before working with Ernst & Young, Mr. Peterman was a member of KPMG Peat Marwick’s Convention, Sports & Leisure Consulting Group; and also worked as a Senior Analyst for The Hay Group.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Peterman received his Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University and his Master’s degree from West Virginia University. He is currently pursuing an advanced degree from The University of Pennsylvania.
