Career summary
Todd is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 19 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for the origination and placement of both debt and equity transactions for all property types throughout the western United States. Over the course of his career, Todd has completed in excess of $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Todd started at HFF in August 1995. Before that, he was an associate in a Houston-based appraisal and consulting firm, where he was responsible for value and risk advisory services for all property types throughout the country.
