Current responsibilities:

As part of our Work Dynamics group, Tim specializes in account management, portfolio strategy and executing those strategies. He is currently the Global Account Executive for the Nielsen account. In this role, Tim is accountable for setting the global strategy to optimize their portfolio and for delivering transactions, lease administration, project and integrated facility management services as well as occupancy planning.

Previous experience:

As the Americas Client Relationship Manager for the Procter & Gamble account, Tim managed more than 300 people and a $300 million budget. He successfully delivered more than $14 million in shared savings, conducted nearly $800 million in transactions and completed $250 million in projects. Prior to that he managed the global transaction account team for Procter & Gamble where he oversaw planning, strategy and implementation for their 135 million square foot global portfolio. He was also a founding member of the firm's Mission Critical Solutions practice team bringing insight to client's supplier partners on ways to deliver maximum value through a unified real estate and data center strategy.

Tim has managed regional and global accounts and local market transactions for clients spanning multiple industries during his 24 year career at Jones Lang LaSalle and over 26 years in real estate. He has extensive experience in providing strategic and implementation services for global clients and developing and executing local real estate occupancy transactions. Tim has personally completed over 900 transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet.

His experience at Jones Lang LaSalle includes managing the global account team for Motorola and a national team for Aon Corporation. While serving Aon, he managed multi-faceted projects as well as representing them in their relocation to a 135,000 square foot office space in downtown Chicago and a 90,000 square foot renewal in Chicago's northwest suburbs. He also represented Harris Bank in two suburban Chicago requirements totaling 170,000 square feet and Microsoft in their 500,000 square foot suburban Chicago data center. Additionally, he managed the McDonald's team nationally and the Sprint account team globally. Tim was previously in Jones Lang LaSalle's Valuation Group responsible for property valuation for various property types in commingled and separate account funds. 

Prior to joining JLL, Tim worked for Heitman Financial Limited, a full service commercial real estate firm.

Education and affiliations

Tim holds a MBA from Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS in finance from Marquette University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Illinois and Kansas. Tim is a founding member of Marquette University's Center for Real Estate and a past president of the Junior Board for the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.
