Current responsibilities
Ms. Harris is Managing Director, Innovation and Product Development. In this capacity, Terry leads product development efforts and sales, fostering idea generation, and forging connections and collaboration across JLL accounts.
In addition to managing JLL’s industry-leading innovation programs – our proprietary idea collaboration tool and the Global Da Vinci award program – Terry has recently launched a social networking campaign within JLL to “put a face on innovation.” This supplement to our innovation program puts a spotlight on the JLL associates behind the ideas and workplace improvements that deliver value to JLL accounts, providing the recognition they deserve.
By combining the right technology to capture, analyze and vet new ideas as well as creating a culture of innovation, Terry ensures that the best initiatives are properly harvested at the site level and rapidly disseminated to account locations that will benefit from the source concept.
Previous experience
Integrated Facilities Management | Terry most recently served as IFM Product Director wherein she managed core service delivery and led the development of industry leading products and services that brought revenue growth and differentiation to JLL in the FM space.
She played a lead role in the development of Aix, a powerful business intelligence tool that offers companies a new way to measure and improve the financial and operational performance of their facilities. In addition, she brought to market JLL Concierge Services, an employee benefits program to bring high touch convenience services to JLL’s client employees.
On behalf of Bank of America, Terry was the Regional Director overseeing a FM portfolio of 8M sf in NY, NJ and Canada.
New York Tri-State | As Director of Operations, Terry had responsibility for all aspects of operation within JLL’s Markets’ Enterprise including: Financial Reporting, Resource Management and Strategic Planning/Execution.
Property Management | As Regional Director Terry was responsible for a regional PM portfolio of over 12M sf of office, retail and mixed-use assets in DC, VA and MD. Responsibilities included business development, client management, problem resolution, personnel management, and transitions.
