Teresa Ernest is a Vice President with JLL in their Los Angeles North office. Ms. Ernest’s primary focus is Sales, Investment Sales, and Leasing in the North Los Angeles sub-market. She specializes in providing owners with value-added commercial real estate services.
Teresa has successful guided her investment clients in numerous purchases of value added multi-tenant industrial complexes from Ventura County, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita and Los Angeles to achieve their investment goals. Her vast experience in property management of both single tenant and multi-tenant properties gives her an edge in leasing and tenant representation.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Ms. Ernest is highly regarded as a trusted advisor who excels at providing a consultative approach to assignments, aligning interests and strategy with a well-defined implementation process.
Prior to joining the JLL Team, Ms. Ernest spent 32 years with Delphi Business Properties selling and leasing industrial properties for her clients in the LA North Market.
