As Senior Managing Director, Steven Chon delivers real estate solutions for corporate clients and investors here in Silicon Valley and throughout the United States. His international experience facilitates partnerships with global conglomerates and startups to establish their corporate headquarters, R&D centers, manufacturing/fab sites, and investments. As a trusted advisor, he manages integrated portfolio services, site selection projects, lease/sales negotiations, property acquisition/disposition, strategic planning, and investments.
Experience
A native of the Bay Area, Steven started his real estate career nearly 20 years ago, serving as Vice President at Cassidy Turley/CPS and Grubb Ellis. Since joining JLL, Steven has consistently received the JLL Top Gun and Gold Achiever awards presented to the highest-performing professionals. He is also a founding member of JLL’s, Asian Business Professional Network, ABPN, a business resource group within the firm. Steven is fluent in English and Korean.
Education & Affiliations
Steven graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He subsequently attended Yonsei University in Seoul, S. Korea, earning a Masters in Business Administration. Steven lives in Los Altos, CA, and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
