Description
Steven is a Senior Managing Director at JLL located in New York City. He joined JLL as part of the Strategic Transaction Team focused on servicing JLL’s top clients globally. In addition, Steven has ample experience across all product types with a particular focus on equity sales and structured transactions. Prior to joining JLL in 2024, Steven worked at Eastdil Secured as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the New York City Equity Sales business. While at Eastdil Secured, Steven was involved in over $50 billion of total transaction volume including the privatization of Columbia Property Trust, the capitalization of Innovo Property Group’s mixed-use development of the Borden Complex, Blackstone’s recapitalization of BioMed, and the capitalization of Wildflower Studios in Queens. During his tenure, Steven worked closely with Eastdil Secured’s largest clients such as Blackstone, Brookfield, Starwood, and TPG. Steven is a graduate of Wesleyan University with a master’s in business from the Wharton School.
