Description
Steven is a Senior Managing Director and member of the Strategic Transaction Team focused on large transactions. He joined JLL in January of 2024 and since that time has worked on teams that have completed transactions across all sectors including the ~$4Bn sale of Quarterra, $1Bn+ sale of Project Freedom on behalf of Greystar, a ~$1Bn financing for Blackstone/Link, and many others. Prior to joining JLL, Steven worked at Eastdil Secured as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the New York City Equity Sales business where he closed over $50Bn of transactions over his 15 years at the company.
Steven works closely with JLL’s largest clients such as ARES, Blackstone, Brookfield, GIC, Greystar, KKR, Starwood, and TPG. Steven is a graduate of Wesleyan University with a master’s in business from the Wharton School.
Steven lives in Manhattan with his wife and son.
