Current Responsibilities

Based in Orlando, Stacy provides agency leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions for the state of Florida. Stacy focusing on helping grow the firm’s agency leasing business from Jacksonville through Orlando and Tampa.


With more than 25 years of experience, Stacy brings significant market knowledge along with extensive experience in project development, asset management and transaction completion across asset classes. Stacy is adept at underwriting retail trade areas, developing and implementing merchandising strategy, procuring
synergistic tenants and negotiating agreements, all the while being mindful of creating value for ownership, the tenant and the trade area at large. An accomplished leasing broker, Stacy’s portfolio of work includes both ground-up and redevelopment of power centers, grocery anchored centers, mixed use developments, numerous outparcels and dispositions. Stacy’s strong relationships and extensive market knowledge has delivered significant results, procuring anchor and junior anchor tenants including: Publix Supermarket, Lucky’s Market,
At Home, Hobby Lobby, Epic Theaters, LA Fitness, Academy Sports, Crunch Fitness along with multiple Burlington, Ross, TJX Brands, Ulta Cosmetics, Five Below, Petco and more. Stacy brokerage career began in 2013 at The Shopping Center Group as the market leader for Landlord advisory services where she built a portfolio ±4 Million square feet and leased more than 1.2 million square feet, closing 110 transactions
including 24 outparcels and fully leasing 4 ground-up power centers. Prior to her brokerage career, Stacy worked as the Enterprise Sales Leader for a Fortune 400 and Fortune 14 company and for the Haskell Group as Development Director.

Education and Affiliations

A graduate of Trinity Preparatory School and the University of Florida, Stacy has continued her education completing Rollins College Executive Education Series, Accendo LEADforward Class of 2017 – 2018, and is a CCIM candidate. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC).
