Current responsibilities
At JLL, Spencer is an Vice President with the Industrial Services team. He is responsible for the leasing and marketing of industrial and flex spaces. He has a central focus of prospecting and generating activity for landlord clients.
Experience
Prior to the merger with JLL, Spencer worked at Keystone Partners as an Associate with the Industrial Group. He was responsible for market research and the marketing and leasing of flex space.
Prior to Keystone, he served as the Regional Field Director for the Bob Tuke United States Senate campaign in Tennessee.

Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina
Board of Advisors for the Leatherheads, a group responsible for the ACC Football Championship and the annual Belk Bowl in Charlotte.
Spencer is involved in several community organizations including Myers Park Trinity Little League, as well as The Starlight Society, which organizes and funds entertainment for the Levine Children’s Hospital. Spencer is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina.
