Current Responsibilities
As Managing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle and co-lead of Sacramento’s industrial division, Sean specializes in leasing and sales of Industrial Properties throughout Sacramento and Northern California. Sean has been involved in over $750 Million of sale and lease transactions since 2015. His specialties include industrial end-user and tenant representation, industrial owner representation, cost-reduction strategies, leasing, lease renewal negotiations, build-to-suit, de- sign-build projects and disposition of surplus properties.
