Current Responsibilities:
Scott’s experience as a project manager has ranged from working for the largest homebuilder in the Nation to a small 8A general contractor. Scott has participated in over 100 projects valued at approximately $250 million while working for local and national brands such as Sea World, Hoehn Motors, Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego Soccers, Nobel House Hotels, NuVasive, San Diego Gas and Electric, Naval Medical Center San Diego, Camp Pendleton, and the National Park Service.
Experience:
Scott has over 15 years of project management experience covering private commercial, owner/builder residential and federally funded construction. He has been involved in a wide range of project types including hospitality renovations, groundup mixed-use, podium residential, concrete parking structures, office tennant improvements, historical renovations, hospitality, senior care renovations, medical facility renovations, amusement park facility improvements, and various Department of Defense Military projects.
Scott has expertise in all facets of project management, including preconstruction activities, procurement, permitting, estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting, construction, contract reconciliation and building decommissioning. Scott specializes in problem solving, efficient communication and day-to-day project management operations.
Education and Affiliations:
Scott graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is also a licensed Class B contractor in the State of California.
