Current Responsibilities
Sarah Pettigrew joined JLL Nashville in 2020 as a part of the Office Agency Leasing team. She has 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to 2020, Sarah spent 10 years focusing on Tenant Representation. Sarah’s experience brings a unique perspective to her clients, offering insight and strategy on how to maximize occupancy through tenant retention and leasing.
Experience
Prior to working at JLL, Sarah served as strategic real estate advisor to all types of clients, ranging from global Fortune 100 companies to local firms. On average, Sarah and her team closed approximately 1.5 million square feet of transactions per year. Sarah and her team currently have an Agency Leasing Portfolio of 3.3 million square feet, representing Landlords in multiple submarkets and building classes.
She was named a Gold Achiever in 2021.
