As the Austin Market Lead for JLL’s Austin PDS team, Sara Lounsberry is responsible for leading a team of project managers dedicated to representing our client’s interests throughout the delivery process. She leverages her skills in strategic planning and schedule development to guide her clients through the project process, from concept through planning and execution. She is a go-to resource for brokers, property managers and her team who need an expert in the field. Sara’s collaborative, creative, efficient and fair management style allows her team to deliver world-class service and create a trusted partnership with our clients. Her team approach has resulted in countless success stories.
Experience
Sara has over 20 years of project management experience spanning both the markets in Austin, Texas and Denver, Colorado. Prior to JLL, she worked in various capacities of the project management industry – large corporate real estate (CBRE); third party project management (Catalyst Planning Group); and in-house real estate project management for a Fortune 500 company (Wells Fargo).
Sara has extensive experience in large, first generation tenant improvement projects. She was fortunate to work in the first Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) buildings in both Colorado and in Austin. Sara revels in the details of laboratories, inner-connecting stairs and anything that brings a challenge to the typical build out.

Sara recieved a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado, Denver, CO, and studied Interior Design in the School of Fine Arts at Drake University, Des Moines, IA.
