Current Responsibilities:
Based in Charlotte, Mrs. Hogan specializes in landlord representation for the Southeast market. She is currently focused on growing the agency client roster across the Carolinas. Mrs. Hogan is an advocate for her clients by providing retail merchandising guidance and executing deals with retail tenants including new leases, relocations, expansions and renewals. She is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential.
Experience:
With over 18 years of experience in retail leasing and brokerage, Mrs. Hogan has collaborated with property management, real estate development, asset management, and marketing. She brings a unique combination of local, regional, and national retail relationships and expertise to her Landlord clients. Mrs. Hogan specializes in market analysis, merchandising strategies, and strategic lease up of retail centers and mixed use assets across the Carolinas. Prior to joining JLL, Mrs. Hogan spent 6 years at Lincoln Harris, following over a decade with two of the world’s largest mall owners, Macerich and Simon.

Education and Affiliations:
Mrs. Hogan earned a bachelor of arts in social sciences at St. Bonaventure University. She is an active member of the ICSC. She holds a real estate license in the state of North Carolina.
