Current Responsibilities
Sandy Foster is the General Manager for Westmoor Place. The Westmoor Place is three (3) Class A office buildings located in Westminster Colorado consisting of 428,029 square feet of commercial office space.
Sandy's responsibilities include management of daily operations; oversight in administrative and engineering; staff financial reporting; budgeting and budget reforecasting; construction management; establishing and nurturing strong client and tenant relationships.
Experience
Sandy has worked with JLL Property Management for 7 years and was previously the Assistant General Manager for 410 17th Street. The 410 Building is a Class A office tower located in Denver's Central Business District containing 436,455 square feet of commercial office space. Prior to joining JLL, Sandy worked in Residential Lending for 12 years.
