Current Responsibilities:
Sam is the Eastside Agency Lead and Senior Vice President. His team specializes in office landlord agency leasing and helps facilitate the acquisition and disposition of property for investment and development.
Experience:
Sam began developing the Eastside office agency leasing team in 2019 when he joined JLL. He brings to the table an extensive and diverse range of skills in corporate real estate leasing, tenant representation, and sales, developed during his preceding brokerage career. He continues to dedicate himself to his clients in the Puget Sound (Seattle/Bellevue) and beyond, putting their long-term opportunities and success at the forefront of his efforts for more than 15 years and has a continued emphasis on new construction leasing.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys finding adventures for his family. He, along with his wife Nicole, son Wyatt, and dog Miles live in Kirkland and love the outdoors.
