Bob McGuire joined JLL in 2019 as team lead of JLL’s MetroWest team. Prior to his time at JLL, Bob worked at CBRE/New England as a Senior Vice President/Partner on their Suburban/Industrial Advisory & Transaction Services team for over 20 years.

Bob’s significant landlord representation includes Mill & Main, Maynard (1,100,000 SF); Marlborough Hills, Marlborough (750,000 SF); Colony Portfolio, Framingham (378,000 SF); Westborough Office Park, Westborough (525,000 SF); Southborough Place, Southborough (204,000 SF); 144 Turnpike Road, Southborough (100,000 SF).
