Senior Vice President - Market Retail Agency Lead
Rip Reynolds is a Senior Vice President and is the lead for JLL Houston’s Retail Agency Leasing. Rip specializes in marketing and leasing retail properties on behalf of institutional and private owners. His current responsibilities include actively marketing properties, lease analyses and strategic lease negotiations for a wide range of owners with varying goals and objectives for their real estate assets. In addition, Mr. Reynolds is responsible for further expanding the firm’s Retail Agency Leasing platform in Houston.
Rip has over 15 years of experience in retail leasing and commercial land transactions. Prior to joining JLL, he worked with The Woodlands Development Company/Howard Hughes Corporation where he was Vice President of Leasing and Commercial Land. While there he had a large portfolio including Hughes Landing, Waterway Square, Creekside Park Village Green and more. Prior to working with the Woodlands Development Company/Howard Hughes Corporation he was a Vice President, Retail Brokerage at CBRE and before that he worked for Staubach/SRS Real Estate Partners.

Rip is an avid fitness enthusiast who completed the Boston Marathon in 2018 and is a two-time finisher of Ironman Texas. He and his wife reside in The Woodlands, TX. They have two daughters attending college.
