Current Responsibilities:
Perry Wolcott is a Senior Vice President at JLL in Nashville, TN. He is a member of the Industrial Services Division for Middle and East Tennessee specializing in site selection, Tenant and Landlord representation, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Experience and Accomplishments:
Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Perry spent more than four years working at NorthStar Real Estate Advisors. There he led market research in addition to assisting clients with their real-estate strategies.
Since joining JLL Perry has been involved in numerous assignments. From capital market sales of over 709,000 SF, to representing Hello Fresh in leasing over 600,000 SF, Perry has a wide variety of industrial experience to bring to any deal.
Perry is no stranger to outside storage and land transactions. With multiple outside storage Leases closed on Tenant and Landlord sides along with sitting on both ends of land Sales and Purchases Perry is equipped for handling any deal.
West Tennessee Experience:
Currently Perry oversees JLL client needs in the Knoxville and Chattanooga along with his Middle Tennessee experience and has been involved in a sale for Duracell in Cleveland, TN. Perry also was part of the team selling ACME Brick’s approximately 45-acre campus in Chattanooga, TN.
Education and Affiliations:
Perry earned an MBA from Belmont University and a BBA in Supply Chain Management from Lipscomb University. Through his studies he spent time in Argentina, Italy and Hong Kong interacting with large and small businesses. He is currently active with NAIOP.
