Integrated Portfolio Services | Americas Lead
Paul Uber is an International Director and the Americas lead for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) group. In this role, he is responsible for management and oversight of JLL’s Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Consulting, Occupancy Planning and Business Intelligence capabilities across the Americas.
Previously, Paul focused on creating complex facility and corporate real estate solutions for clients' domestic and global portfolios with a focus on multi-service solutions.
Paul joined JLL in 1992 and has served in numerous positions during his more than 20-year career. In addition to designing solutions for corporate multi-service clients, Paul was responsible for Tenant Representation and Corporate Property Services in the southeast region, managing approximately 110 million square feet of owner-occupied real estate. He has also served on the Executive Committee of JLL’s Work Dynamics business to develop and monitor its Americas’ business plan.
Paul has extensive experience in real estate services outsourcing, both domestically and internationally. He also has experience in portfolio risk management, having previously worked with Freddie Mac and as a senior member of Merrill Lynch’s investment property sales group.

Paul holds a BA in economics from the University of Georgia, with a specialization in real estate finance.
He is a national speaker who is featured regularly at industry events including CoreNet Global, BOMA International and Tradeline.
