Specializing in only tenant representation, Paul has established an impressive client base including companies such as priceline.com, Wells Fargo Advisors, Ernst & Young, Glencore and Swiss Army Brands.
In his business transactions, Mr. Kauffman is concerned first and foremost with forging relationships that extend long beyond the transaction. The longevity of his account relationships is a testimony to his success. In fact, Mr. Kauffman has been involved in some of the largest and most complex leasing assignments in Fairfield and Westchester Counties, representing more than 30 million square feet of real estate transactions.
