Paul is a commercial real estate broker and consultant and has led a broad range of office and industrial real estate transactions on behalf of corporations in the New York City area and nationally, negotiating lease transactions totaling in excess of 8,000,000 square feet. He has a strong background in detailed market research and financial analysis and has expert witness experience.
His strategic, asset and transaction management experience consistently assists clients in meeting real estate portfolio and transaction-specific performance goals to better align real estate with core business objectives. This often results in assisting clients to reduce their occupancy costs significantly.

Paul joined Jones Lang LaSalle as part of the purchase of The Staubach Company in 2008 where he was a Managing Director. Paul joined Staubach in 1997 when it first established its New York office.
