Current Responsibilities
As Executive Vice President, Retail Agency Leasing and Development, Paul has overall responsibility for relationship management of existing and prospective clients seeking retail services. His primary focus is to provide superior client service and work directly with the clients to ensure an understanding of
investment objectives and development of property-specific strategic plans and operating and capital budgets.

Paul brings 30 years of real estate industry experience including asset management and property management with a concentration in retail properties. Prior to joining JLL, Paul was a General Manager for Simon Property Group where he was accountable for the day-to-day operations of San Francisco Premium Outlets, the largest luxury outlet center in California.San Francisco Premium Outlets is considered a top performing shopping center in the country, with over 180 tenants.

Prior to joining Simon, Paul held several positions with General Growth Properties (GGP) including Senior Vice President of Asset Management where he had overall responsibility and accountability for long–term performance, value creation, and operating excellence of the company’s Midwest, Western, and Hawaii shopping centers. He oversaw a portfolio consisting of a diverse group of 60 shopping centers, including dominant super-regional centers, open-air lifestyle centers, downtown mixed-use centers, high-rise and mid-rise office buildings, and local community centers. The combined GLA of shopping centers and the office portfolio was more than 61M square feet.

Earlier in his career, Paul spent over eight years with Jonathan Homes as project manager where he oversaw mapping and development, construction, marketing, and sales of 10 major subdivisions located throughout Northern California.

Education and Affiliations
Paul holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the California State University in Sacramento, CA and is an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
