In July 2018, Patti Bulatao joined the JLL Hawaii team and is primarily focused on the specialty leasing of Windward Mall in addition to continuing her industrial marketing and leasing of several industrial facilities across Oahu. Her ability to carefully analyze each individual owner’s wants and needs in alignment with their existing asset(s), she is able to assist her clients in achieving their strategic real estate goals.
Ms. Bulatao’s real estate experience commenced with the management of industrial properties across the State of Hawaii. She has represented numbers projects including Airport Industrial Park (AIPA), Kokea Center, Hawaii Business Park, Waipahu Industrial Center, Waipahu Commercial Center and Alahao Center. With 18 years of property management, leasing and marketing experience, she has also represented notable landlords such as Walker-Moody Construction, Stanford Carr, A&B Properties and the Queen Emma Foundation which totalled over 1.5 million square feet.
She is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Hawaii since 1994.
