Current responsibilities

Patrick McCrae serves as Senior Vice President of JLL Valuation Advisory in the United States. In this role, he is focused on conducting appraisals, market studies, and consulting assignments for seniors housing and health care properties nationwide. He has been actively engaged in commercial real estate valuation and consulting since 2004. Mr. McCrae has extensive experience in consulting and valuation of a wide variety of commercial, retail, industrial, and residential properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, apartments, seniors housing, health care facilities, hotels, and vacant land. In addition, his experience includes preparation and desk review of consulting and valuation reports, market studies, cash flow analysis reports for owners/developers, insurance companies, pension fund advisors, government agencies, commercial lending institutions, and investment companies. Mr. McCrae has also provided litigation support services and has been deposed as an expert witness relating to the valuation of seniors housing properties. In addition, Mr. McCrae has been appointed for several years as a Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board of Hillsborough County, Florida. In his role as Special Magistrate, Mr. McCrae presided over tax appeal hearings and provided written recommendations to the Value Adjustment Board in compliance with Florida Statures regarding ad valorem taxation.


Prior to joining JLL in early 2017, Mr. McCrae spent twelve years with a national valuation firm, where he most recently served as Director with the Tampa office and Associate for the national Seniors Housing & Health Care Specialty Practice. In addition, he was previously employed as an Analyst with ValueTech Realty Services, a regional valuation firm.
