Current Responsibilities
Patrick Grenko is a Senior Leasing Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Philadelphia office. He provides exceptional service to owners and occupiers throughout Center City and Bucks County, PA. With a focus on Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation Services, Patrick develops and implements strategic real estate solutions to meet and exceed clients’ business objectives.
Experience
Patrick joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Patrick was a Senior Regional Director at Coventry First, a financial services firm that created the secondary market for life insurance in the US. During his time at Coventry, Patrick studied life insurance theories and practices and identified new business opportunities. As a top performer, he was promoted to Regional Director within his first year as a member of the sales team. Patrick was responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with leading insurance agents and financial professionals of high net worth clients.
Education and Affiliations
Patrick graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He is currently involved with Project H.O.M.E., a non-profit organization aimed towards breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty. As a member of the Young Leaders Committee, Patrick focuses on mentoring at-risk teens, and is also a committee member for the Young Leaders Gala where he raises funds to benefit the organization. Patrick was also a member of the men’s varsity basketball team at the University of Scranton.
