Nick Francic is the Managing Director in JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He primarily assists corporate clients analyze their real estate needs and develop strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. His practice areas include conducting market research & surveys, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory, and lease negotiations.
Nick has over fifteen years in the commercial real estate industry and has experience in all commercial property types (office, industrial, flex, land). In his current role at JLL, Nick has contributed to a variety of Pittsburgh-based projects by surveying the market for occupancy alternatives, creating advanced analytical models, and executing multiple tenant representation assignments.
Nick’s team has received multiple awards for SIOR’s Office Lease of the Year, Office Sale of the Year, and Build-to-Suit of the Year. In addition, Nick is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and a JLL Top Achiever & Top Gun.
Prior to joining JLL, Nick served in a purchasing and facilities management role for Siemens Corporation. Performing due diligence in strategic sourcing, he was able to reduce project and occupancy costs to the business while managing a portfolio of key accounts throughout the United States.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Eberly School of Business at The Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Nick Francic is a licensed real estate salesperson in the States of Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is currently pursuing a CCIM designation.
