Career summary:
Nicholas Davino is a Director within the Capital Markets group at JLL. He serves as a Pacific Northwest investment advisor specializing in equity raise, sale and purchase of office and industrial properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. Nick’s knowledge of the local commercial real estate landscape grows daily through his partnership with Managing Director, Buzz Ellis, a 30+ year veteran of the Portland commercial real estate industry.
Prior to JLL, Nick started his career at Marcus & Millichap in the office and industrial space, working closely with many of Oregon’s largest private property owners. During his first few years at Marcus & Millichap, Nick closed over $75 million in office and industrial transactions. As a result of his efforts, Nick was honored as the 2021 rookie of the year and was recognized as Portland offices’ top office and industrial producer.
Nick strives to provide institutional and private property owners with innovative advisory solutions and is motivated by creating success for his clients through meeting and exceeding their expectations.
