Career summary
Nick is a Managing Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience. As part of the Corporate Capital Markets platform, Nick specializes in the disposition of single-tenant and net lease assets. He has a particular focus towards advising private equity and corporate clients on a variety of structured finance instruments, including sale-leasebacks. He has executed the sale of more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions since 2012.
Nick started at HFF in February 2012. Before that, he worked in Portfolio Management for Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Banking Group, where he oversaw a debt portfolio of approximately $1.5 billion across all product types.
