Assistant General Manager, Industrial Property Management
Nathan was recently brought on to the JLL team to serve as the Assistant General Manager for a growing industrial portfolio in the Louisville market. Some of his responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, portfolio administration, budgeting, project coordination, client relationships, due diligence and contract services.
Before joining JLL as an Assistant General Manager in September, 2017, Nathan worked for CBRE as an Associate Real Estate Manager for a portfolio of office and industrial properties scattered throughout the Greater Los Angeles region in southern California. The portfolio consisted of 383K square feet of office assets and about 4.8M square feet of industrial assets for American Realty Advisors, Bentall Kennedy and Transwestern.
Nathan was responsible for property operations, financial reporting, budgeting and tenant relations. His goals in this role involved minimizing accounts receivable, reducing operating expenses, working with service partners to maximize their performance and strategizing how to maintain or increase asset values.
He began his commercial real estate career as a Real Estate Services Administrator with CBRE at the end of 2013 and received the 2014 “Rising Star” award for the Greater Los Angeles region. He was then promoted to Assistant Real Estate Manager in August, 2015. His title was then escalated to Associate Real Estate Manager in April, 2017, before he moved to Louisville, KY, in August, 2017.
