Current Responsibilities
Natalee’s primary responsibilities are in agency leasing and new business development for the Central Florida region. She develops and implements marketing plans, feasibility analyses and lease negotiations.
Experience
Natalee has routinely been recognized as a top producer in the commercial real estate industry and has established a reputation over her 25-year career for successfully negotiating win-win situations for her clients and communities alike. Natalee has closed over $600 million in commercial real estate transactions and has been with Jones Lang LaSalle for over 15 years. Natalee received the prestigious “Esprit de Coeur” in 2016 from CREW as well as the “Networking Deal of the Year” in 2015.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Natalee was Vice President of Leasing and Sales for The Pizzuti Companies and was responsible for leasing and sales of all Pizzuti developed Class A office properties and institutional grade industrial buildings in the Florida region. While with Pizzuti, she successfully negotiated and leased over two million square feet of Class A office space, maintained over 95% retention of renewing tenants and negotiated several hundred million dollars worth of lease and sales transactions. She was actively involved in the sale of the Heathrow International Business Center at a record sales price.
Education and Affiliations
Natalee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College. She is a past President and Board Member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), Co-Chairman of the Return to Respect Gala, Member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), Seminole Chamber and Economic Development Board Member and a founding member of the BLI (Business Learning Institute) in Orlando.
