Current Responsibilities
Molly specializes in helping technology and life science companies establish and implement effective real estate strategies. She brings a holistic, strategic buiness approach to her clients’ real estate process and effectively leverages technology, data and analytics, enabling her clients to make informed business decisions. Molly’s creativity combined with her background at corporate and early stage companies give her a unique perspective to help her clients’ navigate operational real estate challenges and plan for the Future of Work.
In addition to her brokerage role at JLL, Molly served a two-year term on JLL’s national Leadership Council Advisory Board. She also actively serves on JLL’s National Tenant Rep Steering Committee where she advises JLLT on technology and product development needs to better support our Tenant Rep clients.
A North Carolina native and Triangle resident for over 15 years, Molly’s business acumen and knowledge of the local market make her an invaluable extension of her clients’ team.
Experience
Molly has spent that last seven years at JLL focused on helping growth companies align their real estate objectives with their business goals to maximize culture and recruit/ retain top talent.
Prior to joining JLL, Molly served as Marketing Manager at Calvert Holdings, Inc., and a Marketing Associate at Quintiles. She also has experience providing business planning and advisory services to emerging companies in the Triangle.
Education and Affiliations
Molly holds a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University, with a focus in marketing and bioscience management. She received a bachelor of arts in Sociology at North Carolina State University. While earning her undergraduate degree, she completed a semester of international studies at Lorenzo de Medici in Florence, Italy. She also spent a summer working and living in Romanshorn, Switzerland.
