Molly’s primary responsibilities include leading clients through strategic planning, acquisition, disposition and sale of office and industrial real estate for clients across the globe. Molly takes a very hands-on approach to real estate transactions and utilizes the extensive JLL platform to optimize the best possible commercial real estate solutions for her clients.
Since joining JLL in 2005, Molly’s client portfolio has included transportation companies, professional services, financial services, manufacturing companies and family offices.Prior to entering commercial brokerage, Molly was a Senior Vice President with VOA Associates, Inc., a commercial architecture firm headquartered in Chicago, which she joined in 1996. As Co-Manager of the Corporate Interiors Practice Group, Molly played a key role with Fortune 500 companies in setting strategy and managing execution. Previous clients included ABN AMRO (LaSalle Bank), R.R. Donnelley, Leo Burnett, Harley Davidson Financial Services and MB Financial.
Molly received her Bachelors of Arts from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA and her Associates degree in Technology from Harrington Institute in Chicago, IL. She is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. Currently, Molly serves on the executive committee for the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation. She is a former member of the Board of Directors at the University Club of Chicago, she served as Secretary of the Club from 2004–2008 and continues to advise the Board on specific committees. She served as President of the Guild Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago from 2011–2014, an organization she has supported since 1993. She served on the Board of Directors for Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. and was a Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She also supports the ALS organization nationally and is a native of the Chicago area.
