Mitchell H. Zatz is Senior Managing Director and Regional Lead for the Denver Logistics & Industrial Services group. He specializes in institutional leased properties, corporate services, user and investment dispositions and acquisitions of industrial properties.
Experience:
With more than 29 years of experience, Mitchell specializes in delivering industrial real estate solutions for corporate occupiers, including major retail and e-commerce clients such as Lowe’s, Karcher and Restoration Hardware. Mitchell’s depth of experience and expertise in warehouse distribution, logistics and supply chain management uniquely positions him to deliver best-in-class results for his clients.
Mitchell also specializes in sales and development of industrial business parks; development and leasing of build-to-suit projects; and sales/leases of industrial facilities and vacant land. Mitchell has represented numerous institutional owners as well as regional and national corporate users in the acquisition and disposition of approximately 25 million square feet of industrial space, valued at over $750 million.
Affiliations and Achievements:
Mitchell has held the positions of both President and Vice President for the Colorado chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He also served on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS (DMCAR) and is a current member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Mitchell is a long-time participant in the Courage Classic Fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital and has regularly volunteered his time as a volleyball coach for the Special Olympics.
Education:
Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
