Career summary

Mr. Lundquist is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in tenant representation in Orange County and nationally.

Currently in his sixteenth year representing tenants and occupiers of commercial real estate, Mr. Lundquist consistently excels in assisting corporate users in the execution of their goals by driving down their occupancy costs through market knowledge, strategy and negotiations.  His experience includes building lease negotiations and renewals, build-to-suit developments, property acquisitions and dispositions, corporate relocations, and property valuation consulting.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Lundquist was Vice President of Corporate Services with The Staubach Company.  He has completed more than 550 transactions with a value consideration of more than $1B. 

Mr. Lundquist has gained a broad knowledge of commercial real estate through his experience as the account manager in headquarters negotiations, supply chain distribution, and international transactions.  His representative clients include Global Imaging Systems, Mitsubishi Electric, Volcom, INNOCEAN, Fjallraven, Ossur, Crossover Health, Mitsubishi Motors, and Rip Curl.

While with The Staubach Company, Mr. Lundquist was honored as “Rookie of the Year” (2006) and as a “Top Producer” for Jones Lang LaSalle multiple times.  Mr. Lundquist has been honored by The Irvine Company as Broker of the Year.

 

Education and affiliations

Mr. Lundquist received his bachelor of science degree from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Lundquist served a two-year volunteer service mission in British Columbia, Canada, and was responsible for leading 170 missionaries in setting, implementing, and achieving their large-scale goals.

Mr. Lundquist is a member of the Orange County Management Society, Boy Scouts of America--El Camino Council, and is a youth volunteer in San Clemente, California.

Mr. Lundquist is licensed in California and Hawaii.
