Current responsibilities
With 22 years’ experience counseling local and national businesses on their complex real estate decisions, Ms. Moore serves as a Managing Director at JLL in the San Diego office. She co-chairs the Law Firm Practice Group for JLL in San Diego and specializes in working with local and global law firms. Her exhaustive energy in the pursuit of the ideal facility at the best economic terms has resulted in a long list of loyal clients.

Ms. Moore has represented local and global law firms such as DLA Piper, Morrison & Foerster, Foley & Lardner, Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart, Troutman Sanders, Schwartz Semerdjian Ballard & Cauley and Wood Smith Henning & Berman.
Ms. Moore has extensive experience in multi-site portfolio strategy and oversight. For six years she oversaw a multi-market, 900,000 sf national portfolio for Alliant Insurance Services, and currently oversees a large, leased portfolio consisting of more than 1.3m SF of off-campus real estate for UC San Diego, in addition to consulting on P3 redevelopment opportunities and acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, Ms. Moore has advised national firms such as City National Bank, Fusion Learning and a large, global tech tenant on their San Diego portfolios.
