Current responsibilities
Mr. Glascock is a commercial real estate advisor working with and for the occupiers of commercial real estate, principally with healthcare service providers. Miles develops a deep understanding of the Companies business goals and objectives and the role that real estate will play in assuring long term business success. He leverages his extensive experience and knowledge in managing large complex multidisciplinary organizations, developing a comprehensive real estate strategy that optimizes the real estate portfolio, delivers best-in-class patient and employee experience – leading to improved patient results and improved employee morale, which translate to improved financial results.
Miles leads the Florida Healthcare Practice Group and is a member of JLL’s national Healthcare Advisory Council. He is a results-oriented leader with over 30 years of proven success in real estate advisory services, strategic planning, general management, sales operations, marketing and financial management.
Experience
Prior to Joining JLL, he was a Tenant Representative advisor with Cresa in South Florida, working closely with Healthcare Companies.
Prior to Cresa, Miles was Senior Managing Director for Strategic Planning and Business for Latin America at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W).
Before joining C & W, Miles was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Hudson Capital, a fully integrated real estate company.
Prior to Hudson Capital, Miles was a General Manager for Eastman Kodak Company’s Latin American region responsible for all the countries in the region except Brazil and Mexico. Before this assignment, Miles was the Director of Marketing for Kodak’s Latin American Consumer Products Division.
