Current Responsibilities
Mike Zimmerman is an industrial properties specialist advising businesses on leasing, investment, development, and tenant representation. He strives to help local, national, and international clients make strategic real estate decisions that increase the efficiency of their supply chain and logistics operations.
He conducts lease and sale negotiations, preliminary needs analysis, market overviews, strategic planning, available property tours, financial analysis, and relocation process coordination. Mike has been involved in over 600 sale and lease transactions, totaling over 18 million SF of space and 3,000 acres.

Education and Affiliations
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
He is an active member of the JLL Supply Chain & Logistics Group and ACRE. He also is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
