Role
Michael Murray works out of JLL’s East bay office as an industrial and land specialist serving the I-880 corridor, Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Joaquin counties. Mike has more than 22 years of industry experience in brokerage and development underwriting.
Mike’s clients are his number one priority. He structures transactions with the understanding that creating value and providing exceptional customer service is the key to long-term success.
Experience
Previously with the Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California, Mike has concentrated on tenant and landlord representation, land development and surface user. He has personally carried out the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial industrial property. Mike has consistently been one of the top commercial industrial broker in the Bay Area, ranked both regionally and nationally, for tweleve years running.
Education and Affiliations
Mike holds a bachelor of science degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
As a former All-American athlete in football and track & field, Mike is a frequent guest speaker for the USC Heritage Association of Athletic Alumni, and a member of the Trojan Real Estate Association and USC Alumni Planning Committee.
