Mike Luca is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Industrial Properties Team for JLL in the Greater Sacramento Region. Mike’s excellence stems from his unsurpassed market knowledge, quick and accurate service delivery, strategic planning and negotiation style and his client-first approach. Mike also specializes in the acquisition and disposition of automotive dealership properties throughout CA. Mike’s team of four are experienced in a broad spectrum of services and represent industrial occupiers, landlords and developers in the Greater Sacramento Region.
Experience
For over 20 years, Mike has provided strategic solutions to corporations, institutional owners, developers, REITs, logistics providers, as well as automotive dealers, helping them improve speed to market, provide cost and risk reduction, and maximize location and labor requirements. Brokerage services include lease transactions, agency and tenant representation, site selection, investment sales, acquisition, disposition and build-to-suit properties and portfolios. Mike has been recognized as a top industrial broker by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) the past 13 years. In 2022 Mike was ACRE’s “Industrial Broker of the Year”.
Education & Affiliations
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno where he played Division I college football and rugby. Mike also was on Jesuit Hight School’s first National Championship Rugby Team in 1999. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also on the Board of Directors for the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), and a graduate of the FBI Citizen’s Academy. Mike lives in the Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento, CA with his wife and two sons.
