Current responsibilities
Mike focuses on helping technology, life science, and R&D companies in the Bay Area expand, contract, renew, and sublease their office, lab, and warehouse spaces. With a strong focus on creating value for executive management teams, he prioritizes listening to his client’s specialized needs, and advising second. His expertise lies in delivering accurate market data, lease/sale comparisons, and insights on both on and off-market opportunities through his “boots-on-theground" approach. He has a proven track record of working with small startup companies, facilitating their growth into larger spaces while maintaining strong relationships. Keeping himself informed on industry trends and maintaining a robust network allows him to offer clients the most relevant information and access to valuable resources.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mike spent seven years at Colliers International where he represented both tenants and landlords with their real estate needs.
Education and Affiliations
Mike Graduated from Santa Clara University where he attained his Bachelor of Arts and was a member of the Santa Clara Real Estate Association.
