Current Responsibilities
Mike is an Executive Vice President within JLL Houston’s Office Tenant Representation group. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of office spaces, build-to-suit, building purchase and sale. His areas of expertise include strategy design and implementation, marketing, financial analysis, and contract negotiation of business and lease documents.
Experience
In a career spanning over 40 years, Mike has completed an estimated 1,800 lease acquisition and disposition projects totaling over 78 million square feet.
