As part of the JLL Retail team, Mike is focused on providing specialized leasing and disposition solutions for retail property owners, ensuring optimal tenant mix and maximizing property value. Mike’s strategic approach and dedication to client success have been pivotal in securing significant deals and driving value for his clients.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mike served as Assistant Vice President at Weitzman Commercial Real Estate, where he built a robust track record in asset-based representation within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Mike has represented clients such as AMAC Development, Meridian Capital, LRIC, iDeal Floors, Rochester Real Estate, Charter Stone Capital, Terra Firma Management, Moran Capital, and Clay Bandera Development Corporation.
Education and Affiliations
Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Petroleum Land Management with a minor in Finance and Physics at the University of Oklahoma. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals.
