Experience & Responsibilities
Over his 11-year career, Michael has completed over 1,200 transactions across a variety of asset classes. Michael currently serves as Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he leads the Urban Industrial Services Group within the City of Chicago. Prior to this, he served as Vice President at Nelson Hill through its acquisition by Jones Lang LaSalle. He has in-depth experience involving complex urban-infill transactions ranging from unimproved land, ground up development, and adaptive reuse. Utilizing his extensive market knowledge, Michael develops strategic plans for leasing, as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets.
By gaining an in-depth knowledge of his clients’ challenges, Michael provides a full service, entrepreneurial approach which utilizes JLL’s best people, technology and resources. He prides himself on teamwork and achieving the best possible results for his clients. In addition, his responsibilities have included conducting sealed bid auctions, identifying qualified developers and preparing feasibility reports on issues such as zoning, physical due diligence and financing.
