Mia Eglinton is a Vice President at JLL's Bethesda, Maryland office. Mia specializes in tenant representation in the Suburban Maryland area with an emphasis on Strategic Planning and Transaction Management.
An active member of the community and native to the Washington Metropolitan Area, Mia is involved in fundraising for The American Cancer Society, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and The Lance Armstrong Foundation.

Mia brings over 10 years of national sales and marketing experience to JLL with a successful track record at Xerox earning the President's Club award, Sprint / Nextel and most recently with Regus as a leasing representative.
Mia has provided national account support to clients such as Raytheon, Baxter Health Care, Westinghouse, KAI- Altarum, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Regus, KONE, LaSalle Hotel Properties, NVR Inc., and Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.
Key transactions
Raytheon: Recently completed a 75,000 s.f. Enhanced Use Lease transaction inside of Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, MD and negotiated an additional 94,000 s.f. in Maryland region.
Baxter Health Care: Strategic plan to dispose of and decommission 115,000 s.f. of laboratory space with varying expiration dates for relocation purposes.
Merck: Early renegotiation and expansion of existing lease resulting in savings.
KAI-Altarum: Strategic plan for 25,000 s.f. lease concurrent with preparations for company to be acquired.
Teva Pharmaceuticals: Renegotiation of existing 50,000 s.f. laboratory facility.
