Melissa is a Managing Director on JLL’s downtown agency leasing team. Her primary responsibilities include agency leasing and marketing of office properties throughout the Chicago Central Business District. A 20-plus-year commercial real estate veteran, Melissa Rubenstein has a track record of repositioning buildings, increasing overall occupancy, improving the quality of tenants and creating value for ownership. Over the last five years, she has leased over three million square feet.
