Meghan McCairns is a member of JLL’s Landlord Representation Team in San Francisco, who have negotiated a wide range of leases in the Bay Area for major institutionally-owned, Class A office buildings. As an associate broker, her primary focus will be collaborating with her Senior Brokers, continuously leveraging the team’s market knowledge and vast negotiating experience to bring creative and strategic real estate solutions to her clients. Additionally, she will be responsible for financial lease analysis and managing leasing activity reports while also networking with the brokerage community to market her listings and increase tour activity.
Education and Background:
Meghan is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston and most recently has been living in Austin, Texas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies (focusing on Human Relations) with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin. Meghan is an alumni member of Pi Beta Phi sorority and The University of Texas Real Estate Society. Prior to joining JLL, Meghan worked in leasing in the Austin area while earning her degree at UT.
Meghan lives in the Marina District of San Francisco. Prior to moving to California, Meghan was a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin. She also spent a considerable amount of time volunteering and advocating for the Read > Lead > Achieve reading initiative in Austin, promoting and improving early childhood literacy. She looks forward to becoming involved with a similar literacy program in the San Francisco community. In her free time, Meghan enjoys cooking, exercise and travel. She is looking forward to exploring her new city and experiencing all that San Francisco has to offer.
