Career summary
Maxx is a Senior Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in arranging debt and equity capital for stabilized and transitional commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. During the course his career, Maxx has been involved in approximately $2.5 billion in capitalization transactions.
Maxx started at HFF in March 2014. Before that, he worked for a regional commercial real estate firm focused on value-add office acquisitions, distressed asset repositioning and dispositions. He has extensive experience working with life insurance companies, CMBS originators and servicers and equity placement providers. Maxx holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
He is an active member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Program and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Florida.
